BLACK MARKET BABIES

Black market babies,
mothers weep and cry

As the distribution of infants
continue escalating
in third world countries.

Human life becomes
meaningless
in countries that prey
upon the poor.

Cambodian mothers
sell their babies
for twenty dollars
while they weep and cry.

Their arms have become
empty
and this becomes
a crime.

The black market industry
is embedded in greed
and hate.

They defraud with robbery
the vulnerable
poverty strickened mothers
with many mouths to feed.

And play on their emotions
and are intending
to deceive.

Third world mothers
battened and hackled
by the sad inevitable plight
as daily suffocation
infiltrates
their striving lives.

Their criteria
is based on a handicapped
democracy,
where human worth
is exchangeable
to the
appreciable dollars.

So in their pathos
of a poverty stricken country
the black marketeers
lure mothers
to a more hopeful tomorrow
of precipitous outcome
in exchange of their babies
for a meager
twenty dollars.

The marketers
will then
sell these babies
with certified
handwritten documentation
filled with lies.

To European countries
and the U.S.
hence
the black marketeers prospers
while the U.S.
close their eyes.

The mothers cry
with deep sorrow
in their grieving hearts
for their babies
have taken wings
and mothers no longer sing
them..
lullabies.
